East Jordan Middle High School is excited to offer educational options for both full-time and part-time (homeschool) enrollment for students in grades 7-12. Northern Michigan Innovation Academy is a program offered through East Jordan Public Schools in partnership with Jenison Innovation Academy, which provides personalized learning experiences for students in grades 7 -12, delivering high-quality learning opportunities with flexible options.  Additionally, homeschool students, grades 7 - 12, can take nonessential elective courses with Northern Michigan Innovation Academy and/or EJMHS through the part-time Homeschool Partnership program.

  • Full-Time Online Option***

  • Full-Time Blended Option***(Mix of online classes and in-person classes at EJMHS)

  • Part-Time Option (Homeschool students take in-person EJMHS classes and/or online elective classes)

***Students may participate in EJMHS athletics and extracurricular activities

***Students earn an East Jordan Public Schools diploma upon meeting East Jordan Middle High School’s graduation requirements

Live Sessions & Learning Center/On-Campus Schedules

NMIA students are able to engage in weekly live synchronous sessions with faculty and peers via Zoom. Weekly attendance at these sessions is expected. Zoom access and live session schedules are located within Blackboard on the Dashboard when students first log in.
