Current Physical
Students who plan to participate in sports are required to have a current sports physical on file prior to attending their first practice. Physical forms are available on this site and at the elementary or middle high school offices. If your physical was NOT completed on or after April 15, 2021, you will be required to have a new sports physical taken.
Open Gyms
Open gyms are not mandatory and are subject to time change or cancellation. Keep in touch with your coach.
