March CTE Student of the Month

Congratulations to Molly Kitson, a junior at East Jordan Middle HIgh School, for being selected as the March 2019 CTE Student of the Month.  Molly's CTE courses include Marketing and Accounting.  She has also taken BAMO and Woodworking.  In the future, Molly hopes to be an accountant or an actuary.  She is the daughter of Greg and Meg Kitson.

March is Reading Month

Students Receive Football Honors

Two varsity football team members recently were awarded academic honors.  Trent Graham (right) earned Division 8 Academic All State honors and Hunter Goss (left) earned Division 8 Academic All State Honorable Mention.  Congratulations Hunter and Trent!

February CTE Student

East Jordan Middle High School senior, Hayley Curnow, has been selected by the CTE faculty as the February Career & Technical Education student of the month.  She is currently enrolled in the automotive and welding programs.  She plans to become a welder upon graduation.  Hayley is the daughter of Kelly Curnow.  Congratulations!

Moving the Boundaries

Our second Moving the Boundaries community forum will be held on Thursday, February 28 at 6:00 p.m. in the East Jordan Community Auditorium.  Michigan State Police Community Service Trooper, Corey Hebner, will talk about vaping, vaping paraphernalia and the new marijuana laws.

January CTE Student

Keegan Speer, a freshman, has been selected as the January student of the month for East Jordan's Career Technical Education programs.  Keegan is a student in our Computer-Aided Design class.  Keegan is the son of Mike Potter and Hope Speer.  Congratulations!
