East Jordan Community Auditorium

Endowment Fund

East Jordan Public Schools are pleased to partner with the Charlevoix County Community Foundation to establish the East Jordan Community Auditorium Endowment Fund. The principle of this permanently endowed fund will never be spent. Only income from investments will be used to support the the long-term care and maintenance of the Community Auditorium.

In an effort to build the Fund’s assets immediately, the district is marketing the "sale" of theater seats in the Community Auditorium for $100 each. The name of each donor will be inscribed on a permanent plaque to be mounted in the auditorium lobby. In addition to this debut endeavor, charitable contributions to the Fund can be made at any time, and in any amount. Gifts to the East Jordan Community Auditorium Endowment Fund qualify for a Michigan tax credit as well as a federal tax deduction.

The East Jordan Community Auditorium Endowment Fund will grow in the future to become an excellent alternative source of support for the arts in our community.

Patrons interested in supporting the Fund by purchasing a seat(s), or by making a general gift, can do so by sending a contribution payable to the:
